Utenos miesto žaliųjų plotų (želdynų) tvarkymas ir pritaikymas visuomenės poreikiams: gyventojų nuomonės tyrimas
LTŽaliosios erdvės urbanizuotose teritorijose miestų gyventojams sudaro prielaidas turėti vietas, kur yra mažesnė oro tarša, mažesnis miesto triukšmas. Čia gyventojų fizinis aktyvumas didėja, o tai turi teigiamos įtakos sveikatai, be to mažėja žmogaus nervinė įtampa. Tačiau be šių teigiamybių, miestų žalieji plotai gali turėti ir neigiamą poveikį alergiškų žmonių sveikatai, dėl žiedadulkių, grybų sporų ar kitų alergenų gausos. Atsižvelgiant į galimą dvejopą poveikį žmogaus sveikatai, susiformuoja įvairus gyventojų požiūris į miestų želdynus, jų poreikį, pritaikymą visuomenės poreikiams. Tik žinant gyventojų požiūrį yra įmanomas optimalus želdynų projektavimas, įrengimas ir jų priežiūra. Straipsnyje analizuojami Utenos rajono gyventojų apklausos, kuria siekiama išsiaiškinti respondentų požiūrį į miesto žaliųjų plotų (želdynų) tvarkymą ir pritaikymą visuomenės poreikiams, rezultatai. Beveik 2/3 Utenos rajono gyventojų mano, kad Utenos mieste žalieji plotai, pritaikyti visuomenės poreikiams yra tinkamai tvarkomi ir prižiūrimi, o likęs trečdalis apklaustųjų respondentų mano, kad Utenos mieste žalieji plotai, pritaikyti visuomenės poreikiams yra vidutiniškai tvarkomi ir prižiūrimi. Nors didžioji dalis respondentų atsiliepia gerai apie esamas miesto žaliąsias teritorijas ir jų tvarkymą, tačiau yra ir gerintinų aspektų, pvz. suolelių kiekis ir jų įrengimo vietų parinkimas, lietaus vandens poveikio takeliams mažinimas, savalaikė žolynų priežiūra šiltuoju metu ir t.t. However, in addition to these positives, the green areas of cities can have a negative impact on the health of allergies, due to the abundance of pollen, fungal spores or other allergens. Depending on the possible dual effect on human health, there is a variety of population attitudes towards urban greenery, their need and adaptation to public needs. Only knowing the attitude of the population is optimal design, installation and maintenance of greenery. The article analyzes the opinions of the residents of the Utena district municipality about the greenery of the city of Utena, their needs and adaptation to the needs of society, and evaluates proposals for the development, development and maintenance of greenery systems. During the implementation of the project in 2021 September - November In the Utena district, 380 residents were interviewed through an online survey. The survey results reflect the opinion of the population with 95 percent. probability and 5 percent. error, because according to the data of the Lithuanian Statistics Department, in 2020 Utena district had 37,184 inhabitants (25,406 in the city and 11,871 in the village).Almost 2/3 of the residents of the Utena district believe that the green areas adapted to public needs in the city of Utena are properly managed and maintained, while the remaining third of the surveyed respondents believe that the green areas adapted to the needs of the public in the city of Utena are moderately managed and maintained. It was determined that Dauniškis Park best meets the needs of society. It significantly outperforms other parks in terms of positive reviews and receives significantly fewer negative reviews. Vyžuonas Park is in second place, the city garden is in third place, and Krašuonas Park is in fourth place, which is distinguished by the fact that one fifth of the respondents evaluate it as average in all aspects.
