ENThe article analyses the relation between the expression of leadership and efficiency of school activities focusing on a specific concept of school activities. It defines concepts of the expression of leadership and efficiency of activities. Grounds are provided for the study of the leadership expression among school managers and its links with efficiency of activities in the school context. Research results are discussed describing trends of correlation dependencies of the manager’s leadership expression and efficiency of school activities.
