Socialinės globos namų gyventojų ryšių su artimaisiais problemos COVID-19 pandemijos metu

LTCOVID-19 pandemijos metu didelį nerimą ir psichologinę įtampą patiria senyvo amžiaus žmonės − socialinės globos namų gyventojai, jų artimieji bei jiems paslaugas teikiantys specialistai. Pandemijos sąlygomis darbas socialinės globos įstaigose organizuojamas vadovaujantis reglamentais, ribojančiais judėjimą ir bendravimą. Vienas iš socialinės globos įstaigos socialinių darbuotojų uždavinių − skatinti šeimos narius palaikyti kuo glaudesnius ryšius su socialinės globos namų gyventojais, tačiau pandemijos metu tai sunkiai įgyvendinama. Bendravimo stoka lemia socialinės globos namų gyventojų dar didesnę atskirtį ir vienatvę, jų artimųjų nerimą, sunkina socialinių darbuotojų veiklą. Tikslas – atskleisti socialinės globos namų gyventojų ryšių su artimaisiais palaikymo problemas COVID-19 pandemijos metu. ENIn the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the elderly - the residents of social care institution, their relatives and the professionals providing services to them - are particularly anxious and psychologically stressed. In the context of a pandemic, work in social care institutions is organized in accordance with regulations that specifically reflect restrictions on mobility and communication. One of the tasks of social workers in a social care institution is to encourage family members to maintain the closest possible relations with the elderly, but this is difficult to achieve during a pandemic. Lack of communication leads to even greater isolation and loneliness of these persons, anxiety of their relatives, unable to maintain the complexity of communication and working conditions of social workers. The aim is to reveal the problems of communication between the residents of social care institution and their relatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
