Między terytorializmem a Stronnictwem Krajowym na Rusi: w poszukiwaniu odpowiednika idei krajowej w myśli politycznej Polaków na Ukrainie (1907-1914)

LTDarbo tikslas yra krajovos idėjos – koncepcijos išvystytos XX amžiaus pradžioje Lietuvos ir Baltarusijos teritorijose gyvenančių lenkų bajorų – atitikmens Ukrainoje parodymas. Ši tema iki šiol retai nagrinėta Lenkijos ir Ukrainos mokslininkų, kas iš dalies sąlygojama negausios šaltinių medžiagos bei gali būti šios idėjos nedidelio paplitimo mąsto išdava. Straipsnyje visų pirma parodomi judėjimo pagrindiniai bruožai bei šios idėjos tyrimų būklė. Straipsnyje taip pat minimi svarbiausi šią temą nagrinėjantys Lenkijos, Lietuvos ir Baltarusijos autoriai bei negausūs Lenkijos ir Ukrainos mokslininkų susidomėjimo krajovos idėjos vystymo Ukrainoje atvejai. Surinktos medžiagos pagrindu įvardytos dvi bendruomenės ir viena asmenybė, kurias galima laikyti krajovcų atitikmenimis Ukrainoje: „Polskie Stronnictwo Krajowe (PSK) na Rusi“, Wacław Lipiński ir jo leidinys „Przegląd Krajowy“, bei grafas Michał Tyszkiewicz.Straipsnyje aprašoma PSK programa, pateikiamas jos paaiškinimas. Programa palyginama su įžangoje aprašytais krajovos idėjos principais. Tokiu pagrindu išryškinamos tam tikros, jau dalyko literatūroje kylančios, abejonės – ar PSK koncepcijas galima laikyti krajovos idėjos atmaina. PSK veikla buvo nukreipta labiau į rusiškus bajorus Ukrainoje nei į ukrainietiškas partijas ar tautinius judėjimus. Vienok apėmė tam tikrus krajovos idėjos elementus: atskirumo nuo etninės Lenkijos suvokimą bei nuo Lenkijoje vyravusio besiskiriantį lenkų vaidmenį Ukrainoje. Wacław Lipiński sukūrė teritorializmo Ukrainoje koncepciją, kurią galima pripažinti kaip labiausiai atitinkančią krajovos idėjos principus. Tačiau ši idėja nesulaukė susidomėjimo. Pastaroji rėmėsi prielaida, kad lenkų bajorai laikysis ukrainietiško politinio ir teritorinio patriotizmo, t. y. Ukrainos interesams teiks pirmenybę, bet kartu neišsižadės lenkiškosios kultūros, vėlgi taps ukrainietišku elitu, padėsiančiu išvystyti vietinį tautinį judėjimą. Teritorializmo idėja aiškiai priešinosi tiek lenkiškajam, tiek ukrainietiškajam nacionalizmams. Straipsnyje prieinamų informacijos šaltinių pagrindu rodomos ir grafo Michało Tyszkiewicziaus pažiūros bei aikštėn iškeliami jo sąryšiai su krajova idėja. Surinkta medžiaga leidžia teigti, kad egzistavo tam tikras apsikeitimas idėjomis tarp lenkiškųjų bendruomenių Lietuvoje, Baltarusijoje ir Ukrainoje. ENThe goal of the paper is to indicate a potential counterpart of the political thought of “Krajowcy” in the territory of Ukraine – a concept made up by the Polish nobility from the territories of Lithuania and Belarus that lived at the beginning of the 20th century. This topic has so far been rarely discussed in the Polish or Ukrainian science, which might be a result of few source materials, and can be an effect of the lack of reception of that thought. In the beginning, the characteristic traits of “Krajowcy” as a movement have been indicated, as well as the current state of knowledge regarding their ideas. The most important authors researching this topic in Poland, Belarus, and Lithuania were determined. Few cases of the Polish and Ukrainian scientists being interested in the development of the idea on the territory of Ukraine were also indicated. On the basis of the collected material, two groups and one person were chosen as potential counterpart of the krajowcy: Polish Kraj Party on the Rus’, Wacław Lipiński and his paper “Przegląd Krajowy”, and the Count Michał Tyszkiewicz.In the context of the Polish Kraj Party on the Rus’, its program and explanations were described. It has been compared to the concept of the “krajowość” idea, indicated at the beginning. That summarized in some doubts – existent also in the current scientific literature – whether the concepts of the Polish Kraj Party on the Rus’ can be in fact treated as a form of the “krajowość” idea. Its program was directed rather toward Russian nobility from Ukraine than Ukrainian parties or movements. However, it contained some elements of the “krajowość” idea: awareness of the ethnic distinctiveness from Poland and the different role of Poles in the Rus’. Wacław Lipiński created a concept of territorialism, which can be treated as a Ukrainian equivalent of the “krajowość” idea. However, it never gained any popularity. It pre-supposed that the Polish nobility shall adapt the Ukrainian territorial-political patriotism, i.e., would treat the interests of the land – Ukraine – above the interests of Poland. How-ever, it did not mean that it would revoke its Polish cultural heritage. It would once again become a Ukrainian elite, which would help with the development of the local national movement. Territorialism clearly stood against nationalisms: both Polish and Ukrainian. On the basis of the available information, the views of Count Michał Tyszkiewicz were also described and his possible ties with the national idea were indicated. However, the collected material allowed to state that there was a certain flow of ideas between Polish communities in Lithuania and Belarus, and those in Ukraine.
