Problems of pupils' behavior control at school

LTTam, kad teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrįsti mokinių elgesio kontrolės problemas mokykloje, buvo atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė. Straipsnio tikslas yra atskleisti teorinius ir praktinius mokinių elgesio kontrolės mokykloje aspektus. Atlikto vietinio tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad: 1. Elgesio kontrolės problemos gyvuoja tose mokyklose, kuriose nėra sukurta vienoda ir aiški sistema. 2. Mokyklose vyrauja nekonstruktyvi sąveika tarp mokinių ir mokytojų. 3. Nors mokyklose dominuoja pozityvus bendravimas tarp mokytojų ir administruojančio personalo, tačiau jose nėra aptikta vieningų elgesio kontrolės priemonių ir tai apsunkina mokinių ugdymo proceso organizavimą. 4. Mokinių įtraukimas į elgesio kontrolės procesą yra nepakankamas, todėl suaugusiųjų sukurtos taisyklės dažnai yra atmetamos, o mokiniai nejaučia jokios atsakomybės už savo elgesį.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Mokinių elgesio problemos.

ENIn order to theoretically and empirically to substantiate the problems of the control of pupils‘ behaviour at school, the analysis of scientific literature was carried out. The aim of the paper is to disclose theoretical and practical aspects of the control of pupils‘ behaviour at school. The results of performed local research showed that: 1. Problems of behaviour control exist at schools as no unified and clear system is created. 2. Non-constructive interaction of pupils and teachers manifests at schools. 3. Though positive interaction of teachers and administrative personnel prevails at schools, but unified means for behaviour control are not identified, and this impedes organisation of pupils‘ educational process. 4. Involvement of pupils into the process of behaviour control is insufficient, consequently the rules created by adults can be rejected, and pupils can feel no responsibility for their behaviour.
