Tautą burianti muzika: Valstybės teatro ir Valstybinės muzikos mokyklos istorijos pasakojimas muziejaus erdvėje

LTMiko ir Kipro Petrauskų namai, Kauno miesto muziejaus skyrius, yra ypač susiję su Lietuvos operos menu. Įkvepiančios asmenybės, kryptingai kaupiami gausūs muziejaus fondai, miesto istorijos kontekstas buvo teigiamos sąlygos ekspozicijos „Valstybės teatras. Tautą burianti muzika“ (2018) kūrimui. Muzikos istorija, o šiuo konkrečiu atveju – Valstybės teatro ir muzikos mokyklos istorija, gali tapti labai sudėtinga, kai siekiama ją patraukliai išdėstyti ekspozicijoje įvairaus amžiaus ir išsilavinimo klausytojui, atskleisti įvairius – valstybingumo ugdymo, politinės situacijos, tarptautinio konteksto – aspektus. Straipsnio tikslas – pristatyti, kaip Valstybės teatro – operos ir baleto bei Valstybinės muzikos mokyklos istorija buvo pateikta muziejaus erdvėje, kaip ši ekspozicija ir memorialinis Kipro Petrausko butas buvo pritaikyti pasakojimui apie žydų muzikus ekskursijoje „Vilties balsai“ (2019) ir kaip muziejaus ekspozicijos buvo išplėstos papildytosios realybės technologija sukūrus mobiliąją programėlę „Petrauskas the RemArkable“. ENThe history that Kaunas experienced as the provisional capital of the First Republic of Lithuania is special. Kaunas has become a fast-growing capital, a centre of politics, education and culture, a city of great personalities and great creativity and ambition. At the same time, Kaunas was a multicultural city of various languages and traditions. The same Kaunas became a city of irreparable losses. The history of the State Theatre and the State School of Music is extensive and revealing from various aspects. The Century of State Theatre is a great opportunity to take a closer look at events, personalities, their destinies and behaviour in difficult circumstances, offering a fine opportunity to express pride in these heroes from the past and finding common points of identification. The history of music, and in this particular case – the history of the State Theatre and Music School can become very complicated if the aim is to present this information in an exposition capturing the interest of visitors of different ages and at varying levels of education, revealing various perspectives in the contexts of statehood, education, the political situation at the time and on the international scale. The article shows how the histories of the State Theatre and the State School of Music have been presented in the museum space, how the tour Voices of Hope was adapted to the memorial apartment of Kipras Petrauskas and the exposition The State Theatre. Music that joins the Nation and how the museum’s expositions were enhanced with technology in the form of the mobile app Petrauskas the RemArkable. This practice employed by the Kaunas City Museum is just one example of a way of presenting the history of the city and our country, inviting the public to learn and to engage visitors and museum staff alike.
