Robotų-konsultantų finansinių technologijų įmonėse tyrimas

LTRobotų-konsultantų mastas tik didėja, o tyrimų, atskleidžiančių šios technologijos galimybes ir grėsmes, yra labai mažai. Analizuojant literatūrą įgyjamas išsamus supratimas apie robotų-konsultantų finansinėse technologijų įmonėse naudojimo grėsmes ir galimybes. Aptariami robotų-konsultantų ir „FinTech“ įmonių teoriniai aspektai – apibrėžtys, veikla, pagrindinės funkcijos. Šio darbo tikslas – atliekant ekspertinį vertinimą, išskirti svarbiausias robotų-konsultantų naudojimo galimybes ir grėsmes. Pasitelkiant Kendallo konkordancijos ir ekspertų kompetencijos koeficientų skaičiavimus, įvertinamas ekspertų požiūrių suderinamumas ir kompetencijos koeficientai. Tolesnėje tyrimo dalyje pasitelkiamas daugiakriteris TOPSIS metodas. Atlikus empirinį tyrimą nustatyta, kad svarbiausios robotų-konsultantų naudojimo galimybės yra algoritmų ir investicijų valdytojo automatizuotas portfelio balansavimas, mažesni mokesčiai už komisinius. Svarbiausios robotų-konsultantų naudojimo grėsmės yra šios: žmonių nepasitikėjimas technologijomis, reguliavimo institucijų grėsmė. ENWhile the scale of robo-consultants is only growing, there is very little research revealing the opportunities and threats of this technology. Literature analysis provides a thorough understanding of the threats and opportunities of robo-consultants usage in financial technology companies. The theoretical aspects of robo-consultants and fintech companies are discussed – definitions, activities, key functions. The main purpose of this work – make an expert assessment and highlight the most important opportunities and threats of robo-consultants usage. Kendall’s calculations of concordance and expert competence coefficients are used to assess the consistency of expert approaches and competence coefficients. In the following part of the study, TOPSIS multicriteria method is used. The Empirical research has shown that the most important opportunities of robo-consultants are the following: automated portfolio balancing between algorithms and the investment manager, lower commissions. The most important threats to the use of robo-consultants are following: people’s distrust of technology, the threat of regulatory authorities.
