Kraštotvarkos krypties specialistų kompetencijų plėtojimas integracijos į darbo rinką aspektu

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama Kauno kolegijoje rengiamų kraštotvarkos krypties specialistų profesinės veiklos perspektyva profesinio rengimo tobulinimo aspektu. Straipsnyje aptariamos kompetencijos, kvalifikacijos svarba mokymo turinio tobulinimui, išryškinant jų reikšmę sėkmingai karjerai. Teoriniais samprotavimais ir praktiniais tyrimais analizuojama šios srities specialistų atitikmuo rinkos poreikiams bei jų rengimo problemos. ENImportance of professional competencies and qualification to educational content perfection by emphasizing their importance to successful carrier is discussed in this article. Development of competencies of landscape direction specialists by the aspect of integration to labor market was chosen for the research. Chosen research theme is relevant, because one of means, with the view to settle quality of activity, to get information needed for educational process and content of education improvement, is professional competencies evaluation by the aspect of labor market. Research methods: analysis and filing of scientific literature and documents, logical comparative analysis, quantitative (questionnaire survey) and qualitative (conversational) methods. Graduated students, heads of landscape field companies and specialists, social partners were participating in this survey. Ingenious and good considered coordination of competences during all study program period could warrant professional competencies perfection. Student motivation, study organization, inter-subjects relations, students and teachers collaboration has influence on this process. Evaluation of Landscape study field specialists competencies is fairly good and this make presumptions successfully integrate in particular activity. Regarding this and facts of placement analysis we could state what this direction specialists studies will have tendency to develop and improve in the future.
