LTDauguma apdraustųjų privalomuoju sveikatos draudimu nežino, kas sudaro šio biudžeto pajamų ir išlaidų struktūrą bei kokiems visuomeniniams poreikiams LR PSDF biudžetas yra panaudojamas. Straipsnyje pateikiama informacija apie šio biudžeto pajamų paskirstymą ir gavimo šaltinius, įmokų dydžius bei jų mokėtojus. Taikant mokslinės literatūros analizę bei palyginimo metodus, nustatyta, jog PSDF biudžetas yra skirtas patenkinti visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros poreikius. Daugiausia pajamų į šį biudžetą yra gaunama iš PSD įmokų, o didžiausias išlaidas sudaro asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos. [Iš leidinio]
ENThe aim of the article is to analyze the budget system of compulsory health insurance fund of the Republic of Lithuania in 2019–2021. Analysis of scientific literature and methods of comparison were used to achieve the aim. The article briefly reviews the distribution of health insurance income, the Lithuanian health insurance model and the mechanism of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund budget. Literature analysis and comparisons of several years' budgets show that the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund budget is used to meet public health care needs. Contributions to the budget are paid from natural and legal persons and from the state funds of the Republic of Lithuania. The article also analyzed in detail the distribution and growth of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund budget revenue and appropriations in 2019 – 2021. From these results are clear that budget is estimated to be equal to the appropriations. [From the publication]
