Studentų profesinės veiklos praktika: darbdavių nuomonės tyrimas

Profesinės veiklos praktika yra neatsiejama studijų programos dalis, apjungianti mokymo institucijoje išmoktų teorinių žinių taikymą praktinėse situacijose. Šiame kontekste aktuali darbdavio nuomonė apie profesinės veiklos praktiką, grįžtamasis ryšys su mokymo institucija. Straipsnyje aptariama profesinės veiklos praktikos svarba teoriniu aspektu ir pateikiami empirinio tyrimo, atskleidžiančio darbdavių nuomonę apie profesinę veiklos praktiką, rezultatai. Apklausoje dalyvavo darbdaviai, 2019 metais suteikę praktikos vietas studentams, studijuojantiems Kauno kolegijos Įstaigų ir įmonių administravimo (toliau AD) studijų programoje. Tyrimo metu buvo analizuojama darbdavių nuomonė apie socialinę partnerystę, ryšius su mokymo institucija, profesinės veiklos praktikos organizavimą praktikos vietoje, įvertinamas studentų praktikantų teorinis pasirengimas atlikti praktines užduotis, jų pasirengimas darbo rinkai. Apibendrinant tyrimo rezultatus, galima teigti, kad studentų profesinės veiklos praktika Kauno kolegijos AD studijų programoje iš esmės atitinka darbdavių lūkesčius, studentų praktikantų pasirengimas darbo rinkai visumoje geras, tačiau tikslinga toliau plėtoti bendradarbiavimą tarp mokymo institucijos ir darbdavių, siekiant tobulinti profesinės veiklos praktikos organizavimą, labiau motyvuoti studentus tobulinti jų profesines kompetencijas, reikalingas darbo rinkai. ENThe preparation of a qualified specialist for the labour market depends on effective cooperation between education and the world of work. Professional practice is an integral part of the study programme, embracing the application of theoretical knowledge learned in an educational institution in practical situations. In this context, the opinion of the employer about the student’s internship, as well as the feedback with the educational institution is relevant. The article discusses the importance of internship from a theoretical point of view and presents the results of an empirical study revealing the opinion of employers about internship. Employers who provided internships in 2019 to students studying in the study programme of Institutional and Corporate Administration (hereinafter AD) at Kauno kolegija participated in the survey. The research analysed the opinion of employers about social partnership, relations with the educational institution, organisation of internship in the place of practice, also, assessed the theoretical readiness of student trainees to perform practical tasks, their readiness for the labour market. After summarising the results of the research, it can be stated that students' internship under the AD study programme at Kauno kolegija basically meets employers' expectations. The trainees are well prepared for the labour market, but it is expedient to further develop cooperation between the educational institution and employers, with a view of developing organisation of internship and fostering motivation of students to seek their professional competencies.
