Verslo aplinkos veiksnių įtakos jūrininkų įdarbinimo sektoriaus finansiniam rezultatui vertinimas
LTMoksliniame straipsnyje analizuojama verslo aplinkos samprata ir elementai, jų įtaka jūrininkų įdarbinimo įmonės finansiniam rezultatui. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, detaliai nagrinėjama makroaplinkos ir mikroaplinkos sudedamieji elementai. Koreliacijos metodu nustatomas tiesioginis ir netiesioginis ryšys daręs įtaką įmonės pelnui. Optimistinės ir pesimistinės prognozės būdų įvertinama įmonės ateities perspektyva. Tyrimo metu taikomi metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, įstatymų informacijos sisteminimas, finansinė analizė ir jos rezultatų vertinimas, statistinių duomenų lyginamoji analizė, koreliacija ir scenarijaus analizė. Koreliacijos būdu nustatyta, kad įmonės finansiniam rezultatui daugiausiai įtakos turi BVP (makroaplinkos veiksnys), įmonių, teikiančių jūrininkų įdarbinimo paslaugas, skaičius (mikroaplinkos veiksnys). Scenarijaus analizės būdu gauta, kad įmonės grynasis pelnas ateinančiais metais didės, vidutiniškai 20 tūkst. eurų per metus. [Iš leidinio]
ENLtd iPS Baltics was established in 2014. The main services were crewing. In 2017 the company made some changes and offered new services payroll for seafarers. When the company's profits increase, but the number of seafarers decreases, the question is - why? To answer this question, the impact of the business environment (macro-environment and micro-environment) on the company's activity (recruitment of seafarers and payroll) was analyzed. The purpose of the research is to describe the factors of the business environment and find relartion to financial performance, to analyse Ltd iPS Baltics economic activity within period 2016–2020. Research tasks: to define the business environment factors impact on the financial result; to analyze the economic activity of UAB iPS Baltics in 2016 – 2020; to assess the impact of factors affecting the financial result of UAB iPS Baltics on business continuity. The main methods used in the research: analysis of scientific literature, systematization of law information, financial analysis and evaluation of results, comparative analysis of statistical data, correlation and scenario analysis. UAB iPS Baltics was profitable all the years analyzed. The company earned the most revenue in 2017, as much as 2,4 million euros. About 87% of this income came from the new company’s service - direct employment of seafarers. The company earned the most profit in 2019. The gross profit for the year amounted to 256 thousand euro, while the net profit - 95 thousand euros. The correlation showed that the company's financial result depends on: GDP (macro-environmental factor), the number of companies providing seafarers' employment services (micro-environmental factor). The analysis of the scenario shows that the company's net profit will increase in the coming years, on average by 20 thousand. per year.
