ENThe aim of the article is to investigate the types of resources of SE “Regitra” and their use. Methods applied in the article is analysis of literature sources, analysis of data from the financial and internal reports of SE “Regitra”. The Main idea of the article is that as new technologies evolve, every business needs to adapt to this process, so it must choose the right resources to run its business successfully. In order for a company to operate smoothly, it needs material resources and cash, which depend on the size, composition and market and competitive conditions in the market. Also, the company needs qualified employees who know their job, are ready to learn innovations that will help them to perform the assigned work faster and smoother, in this way, employees contribute to the company's goals. A company that does not have enough of these resources or is unable to allocate or use them properly can experience losses that can lead to bankruptcy. Therefore, the creation and use of resources in the company is of great importance. The conclusions of this article are the company's resources are divided into financial resources, material resources and human resources. All resources are very important to a company, so it is very important that it has all these resources and is able to use them properly in order to function and expand in the market. After analyzing the resources of SE “Regitra“, we notice that the largest part of financial resources consists of the sales revenue from the main activity, and the company receives the least income from financial activities. The company's material resources include: land, buildings and structures, vehicles, and other equipment and devices. The value of these resources has been increasing every year.
