ENEvery business depends on many conditions in its operations, including the internal environment of the company. That dependence determines the quality and survival of a company’s results in business. The aim of the article is to investigate the microenvironment of Ltd Rūta and its elements. The article analyses the concept of the company's microenvironment and its elements and the impact of the microenvironment on the activities of economic entities. Microenvironmental factors influencing the activities of Ltd Rūta are analysed. The assessment of the company's micro-environment identifies the company's strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities, as well as other factors that may affect the efficiency of operations. The article applies the analysis of scientific literature, the analysis of the company's financial and statistical data, the SWOT method. After analysing the scientific literature, it can be stated that business depends on the environmental conditions that affect the company's operations and results. Successful companies monitor their micro-environment and adapt to changing environmental factors that create ever-emerging strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. Businesses can take advantage of them by assessing their strengths and opportunities and avoiding them by assessing their weaknesses and threats. Analysing the microenvironment of Ltd Rūta, we see that the company tries to please its picky consumer, has serious competitors with much higher annual turnover and sales revenue, has suppliers both in Lithuania and abroad and chooses the best raw materials for its products, agrees with partners to help distribute products.
