Bendruomenės slaugytojo veiklos patirtys su sergančiuoju demencija ir jo artimaisiais

LTTyrimu buvo siekiama išanalizuoti bendruomenės slaugytojo ir artimųjų patirtis, slaugant demencija sergantį pacientą namuose. Tyrime dalyvavo 9 slaugytojai ir 7 pacientų artimieji. Atliktas kokybinis tyrimas: pusiau struktūruotas interviu, analizuojant duomenis kokybinės turinio analizės metodu. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė bendruomenės slaugytojo veiklos problemas, susijusias su gyvybinės veiklos parametrų užtikrinimu, slaugytojo paslaugų trūkumu, artimųjų integravimo į slaugos procesą būtinumu, bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo su pacientu, jo artimaisiais, kitais specialistais ypatumus. Išryškėjo artimųjų ryšio su slaugytoju palaikymo, pagalbos atsisakymo patirtis, kitų specialistų poreikis. [Iš leidinio]

ENThe study aimed to analyze the experiences of a community nurse and caregiver in nursing of patient who sufering dementia at home. The study involved 9 nurses and 7 caregivers. Qualitative research was performed: a semi – structured interview analyzing the data using the content analysis. The results of the research revealed the problems of the community nurse‘s activity related to ensuring vital functions, lack of services provided by the nurse, the necessity to integrate caregivers into the nursing process, communication and cooperation with the patient, caregivers and other health care specialists. The experiences of caregiver about keeping in touch with the nurse, the need for other health care specialists and the refusal of help became apparent. [From the publication]
