Bendrųjų kompetencijų plėtojimo situacijos tyrimo metodologija ir jos taikymas Panevėžio suaugusiųjų mokymo centro atveju

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama problema, kokia bendrųjų kompetencijų plėtojimo (toliau - BKP) situacijos tyrimo metodologija padėtų įvertinti, ar ugdymo institucijos, realizuodamos įvairias programas, užtikrina bendrųjų kompetencijų plėtojimo edukacines galimybes. Sprendžiant šią problemą pagrindžiama bendrųjų kompetencijų, aktualių pereinant į informacinę, žinių, besimokančią visuomenę, plėtojimo situacijos tyrimo metodologija europinių švietimo dimensijų kontekste. BKP situacijos tyrimo metodologija taikoma Panevėžio suaugusiųjų mokymo centre, nagrinėjant ugdymo turinio, mokymosi aplinkos, taikomų aktyvaus mokymo metodų, ugdymo sąlygų aspektais. Išryškinamos bendrųjų kompetencijų plėtojimo prielaidos Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų bendrosiose programose ir išsilavinimo standartuose, brandos egzaminų programose. Analizuojami BKP situacijos tyrimo, atlikto taikant sutelktų grupių ir anketinės apklausos metodus rezultatai. ENThe article analyzes the research issue of key competences development and the methodology that would enable adult education centres to assess competence development of adults key competences demand and priorities, as well as the question whether the centre (with respect to the institution of adult education) creates learning environments that support development of key competences. The article analyzes the situation of the development of Key Competencies at Panevėžys Adult Education centre from the point of view of preconditions for competence development and learning environment for its development. What are the conditions for the development of Key Competencies at Adult Education Centre according to the National Curricula, Education standards and Examination Programs, study environment in centre aspects?.
