ENThe article analyzes the possibilities of application of the context modeling method and presents an investigation on the development and implementation of active learning objects, using the virtual learning environment (VLE) and the tools available there. Research based on the application of context analysis in the mathematical learning process, teaching mathematics in Equations and Coordinates theme in 6-7 school-class year. The study conducted a quantitative survey of learners, teacher qualitative interviews of teacher and indicators analysis of data. It has been found that the application of context analysis and modeling method in mathematics is beneficial as the learner's ability to learn mathematics is promoted, promoting positive interest in mathematics and enabling learners to make meaningful, independent learning of mathematics. In the applying of context analysis, the design of learning objects in a virtual learning environment enables not only active self-learning of learners, but also facilitates semantic learning in the virtual space.
