The Pedagogues' resistance to educational changes : the expression of the interest of the subjects of education

LTPer dvidešimtąjį amžių įvyko daug pokyčių mokyklose. Besikeičiantis pasaulis, globalizacija, integracija į Europą spartina technologijų vystymąsi, taip pat daug kitų priežasčių keičia mokyklą į gerą pusę. Tačiau dauguma mokytojų nesupranta reformų ir joms gal aršiai priešinasi. Todėl norima išsiaiškinti kas turi įtakos tam priešinimuisi. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojama problema – kokia yra pedagogų pasipriešinimo įtaka švietimo pokyčiams? Tikslas – išanalizuoti pasipriešinimo švietimo pokyčius skirtingų švietimo dalykų kontekste. Atliktas tyrimas, kurio metodai – dokumentų ir literatūros analizė, klausimynu pateiktas tyrimas. Straipsnyje atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo nustatyta, jog mokytojas, kaip mokyklos organizacijos veikėjas, priešinasi pokyčiams dėl ateities baimės, dėl informacijos stokos, kompetencijų stokos, neaiškių reformų tikslų. Kad sumažinti pedagogų pasipriešinimą reformoms, reikia išsamesnių paaiškinimų apie jas bei, kad pasikeistų mokytojų požiūris į vykdomas reformas mokykloje.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Mokytojų pasipriešinimas; Edukaciniai pokyčiai; Pedagogues`resistance; Educational changes.

ENThe last decade of the 20th century and the first years of the third millennium brought many changes to schools. The changing world, globalization, European integration processes, rapid dev of technologies, and many other reasons make the schools change as well. The organizational structures, the stimulation systems, the management of human resources, and the styles of leadership that were effective in the previous decades will not always satisfy the tendencies of contemporary requirements that will form in the 21st century. Thus, the change in education is a current necessity. The problem that is analysed in this article, namely, how the expression on the interests of the subjects of education influences the pedagogue’s resistance to educational changes, remains urgent as well. The object of the study is the pedagogues’ resistance to educational changes in the context of the expression of the interests of different subjects of education. The aim of the study is to analyze the resistance to educational changes in respect to the expression of the interests of different subjects of education. The methods used in this study were the analysis of scientific literature and the questionnaire-based inquiry. The obtained data were processed using SPSS-10 and Microsoft Excel 2000 software. The article consists of two parts. The first part presents the methods the methods and the organization of the study, and the second part deals with the discussion and interpretation of the results of the study.
