Studentų mokymosi motyvacijos tyrimas Vilniaus technologijų ir dizaino kolegijoje

LTTyrimo tikslas – išsiaiškinti Vilniaus Technologijų ir Dizaino Kolegijos (VTDK) Elektros ir automatikos inžinerijos (EA), Elektros energetikos (EN), Mechaninių technologijų inžinerijos (MT), Automobilių elektronikos sistemų (AE) bei Automobilių techninio eksploatavimo (AT) studijų programų studentų mokymosi motyvaciją sąlygojančius veiksnius bei įvertinti studijuojančių studentų motyvaciją. Tyrimas susideda iš dviejų dalių: teorinės ir praktinės. Teorinė dalis apima mokslinės literatūros ir kitų šaltinių apie motyvaciją ir ją lemiančius veiksnius analizę. Praktiniam tyrimui buvo apklausti Vilniaus Technologijų ir Dizaino Kolegijos, Technikos Fakulteto penkių studijų programų 2020–2021 mokslo metų nuolatinių ir ištęstinių studijų I, II kursų studentai. Apibendrinus gautus rezultatus, buvo išaiškinti studentų mokymąsi skatinantys ir mažinantys motyvai. Šis tyrimas sudaro prielaidas sukurti tinkamą mokymosi aplinką, užtikrinančią studentų pasitikėjimą savimi bei skatinančią siekti mokymosi tikslų. ENThe aim of the research - to find out the factors determining the study motivation of students of Vilnius College of Technology and Design (VCTD) in the following study programs: Electrical and Automation Engineering (EA), Electrical Power (EP), Mechanical Technology Engineering (MT), Automotive Electronics Systems (AE) and Automotive Technical Exploitation (AT). The study consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes an analysis of the scientific literature and other sources on motivation and its determinants. For the practical research, the first- and second-year students of full- and part-time studies of Technical Faculty of Vilnius College of Technologies and Design (VCTD) were interviewed. A survey was conducted during autumn semester of 2020. After summarizing the obtained results, the motives that promote and reduce students‘ learning motivation were clarified. This survey creates the preconditions for creating an appropriate learning environment that ensures students‘ self-confidence and encourages them to achieve their learning goals in their further professional development. The study found that learning process is a specific mental activity, the nature of which is determined by a number of the factors: the organization of training, age, individual characteristics, motivation of students activity and their mental and physical state which influences the performance of certain activities. So there are quite a lot of difficulties in the life of a modern student. One of the most significant is increasing motivation for learning activities. Many students need some help, support and willpower development, dedication, self-realization. The main task of increasing learning motivation is the organization of educational activities that reveal the potential of the inner student‘s personality.
