Summary / Abstract:

LTBendradarbiavimas – vienas esminių besimokančios organizacijos bruožų ir sąlyga pakeisti organizacijose egzistuojančią individualizmo kultūrą. Bendradarbiavimo kultūros sąlygomis vienodai vertinami ir atskiri asmenys, ir grupės, t.y. vertinama individo nuomonė, kritika, pozicija, kuriama asmens pagarbos ir pasitikėjimo atmosfera. Straipsnyje analizuojama, kaip pasireiškia ir kokiais požymiais pasižymi mokytojų bendradarbiavimo kultūra; kiek vadybos veiksmai kuriant ir vystant besimokančią organizaciją gali veikti mokytojų bendradarbiavimo kultūrą, ją silpninti arba stiprinti? Tyrimo duomenų rinkimo metodas - apklausa raštu, naudotas nestandartizuotas klausimynas, sukurtas remiantis Hargreaves (1999) bendradarbiavimo tipologija, kur skiriami trys mokytojų bendradarbiavimo mokykloje tipai: bendradarbiavimo kultūra (Collaboration Culture), tariamas kolegialumas (Countrived Collegiality) ir „balkanizacija“ (Collaboration that divides). Duomenys analizuoti taikant faktorinės, klasterinės ir koreliacinės analizės metodus. Išskirti trys respondentų tipai, rodantys skirtingą požiūrį į mokytojų bendradarbiavimo kultūrą. Du trečdaliai tyrimo dalyvių teigiamai vertina bendradarbiavimą, tačiau jie skiriasi savo požiūriu: vieni labiau akcentuoja formalius, apibrėžtus, organizacijai svarbius bendradarbiavimo santykius, kiti – neformalius, savitarpio supratimu, pasitikėjimu, parama grįstus bei konteksto veikiamus bendradarbiavimo santykius. Likęs trečdalis pasižymi abejingumu, požiūrio į mokytojų bendradarbiavimą nesubrendimu, [...] bendradarbiavimo nelaiko prasmingu ir svarbiu dalyku. ENCollaboration is one of the essential features of the learning organisation and the condition to change culture of individualism prevailing in the organisation. Under conditions of cooperation culture, both individuals and groups are valued in the same way, i.e. the individual’s opinion, criticism, attitude is assessed, the atmosphere of respect for and trust in an individual is created. The article analyses how collaboration culture of teachers manifests itself and what its features are; to what extent managerial actions in creating and developing the learning organisation can affect collaboration culture of teachers. The method of collecting the data is a survey in writing, a non-standardised questionnaire that was devised on the basis of Hargreaves (1999) collaboration typology in which three types of teachers’ collaboration at school are distinguished: collaboration culture, contrived collegiality and collaboration that divides. The data were analysed by applying methods of factorial, cluster and correlation analysis. Three types of respondents showing a different attitude to collaboration culture of teachers were distinguished. Two thirds of the participants assessed collaboration in the positive, however, they differed in their attitude: some of them accentuated formal, defined collaboration relations of importance to the organisation, others underlined informal, relations based in mutual understanding, trust, support collaboration relations that were influenced by the context. The remaining one third was noted for its indifference, immaturity of the attitude to teachers’ collaboration, [...] they did not regard collaboration as a meaningful and important thing.
