ENCOVID-2019 pandemia and the imperfection of regulatory policy of OPEC oil cartel and OPEC+ Agreement resulted at present not only in crusial escalation of situation in the world commodity, financial and stock markets, but in increased institutional instability in the world as well, making the problem of new integration business centers formation very important. They act as society system-forming factors. The most effective integration centers of such kind can be founded on subregional inland bases (however, in fact, they can not be numerous). On the European continent, such integration business center can be formed on the basis of close, in content, national business cultures of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine. Based on the investigation of the evolution of this problem development in the world science, the author gives the definition of «national business cultures» category, shows the composition and co-ordination of the factors forming the content of the indicated interdisciplinary phenomenon. The essence of parameters used in modern comparative studies to characterize national business cultures («Power distance», «Individualism», «Courage», «Uncertainty avoidance», «Long Term Orientation», «Indulgence») is revealed.Comparative analysis of the business cultures of Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine is carried out using the methodological tools of economic comparative studies (and with the implementation of own empirical developments). The priority areas and spheres of business entities integration within the domestic national markets of the given group of countries are identified, as well as the content of relevant interregional interaction. The idea to form on the basis of their business integration (as the function of proximity and complementarity of national business cultures of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine) the extended integrational business formation within the markets of former Rzeczpospolita countries: Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus and Moldova is advanced.
