Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklos efektyvumo vertinimas : švietimo subjektų interesų raiška ir kongruencijos ypatumai : disertacija
LTDisertaciniame tyrime susikoncentruota ties moksline problema: kaip ne tik įrodyti, jog vertinant bendrojo lavinimo vidurinės mokyklos veiklos efektyvumą išryškėja įvairių švietimo subjektų interesai, bet ir kaip nustatyti jų kongruenciją (sutapimą), šitaip tikintis įvairių švietimo subjektų susitarimo problemiškais švietimo klausimais. Tyrimo objektas – bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklos efektyvumas ir jo vertinimas kaip švietimo subjektų interesų raiška. Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti švietimo subjektų interesų raišką ir jų kongruencijos ypatumus vertinant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklos efektyvumą. Disertaciniame darbe suformuluotas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo įvairių švietimo subjektų požiūriu teorinis pagrindas, patikslinta mokyklos veiklos efektyvumo samprata bei išryškinta jo struktūra. Parengta bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo tyrimo metodologija, išryškinta švietimo subjektų interesų raiška vertinant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklą ir jų kongruencijos ypatumus. Parengta mokyklos veiklos efektyvumo tyrimo metodika leidžia ištirti įvairių švietimo subjektų interesus, pasireiškiančius vertinant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos veiklą. Metodiką gali taikyti įvairios mokyklos, siekiančios išsiaiškinti savo bendruomenės narių interesus. [Iš leidinio]
ENThe dissertation focuses on the following scientific objective: to prove that the assessment process of the activity effectiveness of general education schools highlights the interests of various education subjects as well as to identify the congruence of those interests in order to reach a common agreement between various education subjects on significant education issues. The object of the research is the effectiveness of activities of general education schools and its assessment as the expression of education subjects' interests. The research aims to analyse the expression of education subjects' interests and the peculiarities of their congruence in the evaluation of the effectiveness of activities of general education schools. The dissertation presents the theoretical grounding of the assessment of activities of general education schools from the point of view of various education subjects. It also specifies the concept of the effectiveness of activities of general education schools and highlights its structure. The work presents the methodology of the evaluation of activities of general education schools and highlights the expression of various education subjects during the assessment process of activities of general education schools and peculiarities of their congruence. The research methodology developed to analyse activity effectiveness of a school allows analysing the interests of various education subjects, which came to surface during the assessment process of activity effectiveness of general education schools. Various schools can apply the above-mentioned methodology in order to estimate its community’s interests.
