Informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų diegimo viduriniame ugdyme įtaka edukacinės paradigmos kaitai : disertacija

LTDisertacijoje analizuojama informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų (IKT) diegimo viduriniame ugdyme įtaka edukacinės paradigmos kaitai. Darbe siekiama atsakyti į klausimą, kas iš tikrųjų vyksta – laipsniška pažanga, tradicinei pedagoginei sistemai, besiremiančiai poveikio paradigma, įgyjant naujas modernias IKT pagrindu sukurtas priemones, išplečiančias pedagoginės praktinės veiklos galimybes, ar fundamentali švietimo kaita, esminė edukacinės paradigmos, švietimo sistemos, mokyklos ir besimokančiosios bendruomenės transformacija. Darbe yra pagrįstas keturių IKT diegimo etapų ir poveikio, sąveikos bei mokymosi paradigmų tarpusavio ryšys bei sukurtas IKT įtakos paradigmų kaitai teorinis modelis, kuris gali būti vertinamas kaip naujas žingsnis, tyrinėjant IKT diegimo švietime problemas. Atskleidžiamos mokinių ir mokytojų požiūrių, veiklos ir kompetencijos charakteristikos, įgalinančios įvertinti IKT diegimo viduriniame ugdyme įtaką edukacinės paradigmos kaitai, sukurta originali charakteristikų, kriterijų ir indikatorių matrica, apjungusi IKT diegimo etapų bei edukacinių paradigmų kaitos kintamuosius, kurios pagrindu buvo sudarytas tyrimo instrumentas. Atliktas empirinis tyrimas įrodė sukurto teorinio modelio ir tyrimo instrumento tinkamumą diagnozuoti IKT diegimo etapus mokykloje ir tos mokyklos edukacinėje aplinkoje dominuojančios edukacinės paradigmos požymius bei atskleidė kai kurias IKT diegimo mokyklose problemas. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais įrodyta, kad IKT diegimas mokyklose įtakoja nuoseklią, tačiau radikalią edukacinės paradigmos kaitą, kurios rezultate mokymo paradigmą keičia mokymosi paradigma. ENThe dissertation analyses the impact of implementation of information and communications technologies (ICT) in secondary education on changes of the educational paradigm. The paper tries to answer the question what is actually happening – gradual progress while the traditional pedagogical system based on the impact paradigm is acquiring new modern tools based on ICT expanding the opportunities of pedagogical practical activities or fundamental educational change, essential transformation of the educational paradigm, educational system, school and the learning community. The paper is based on the link between four ICT implementation stages and impact, interaction and learning paradigms and creates a theoretical model of the ICT impact on paradigm transformations which can be treated as a new step in research of problems of ICT implementation in education. It reveals features of pupils’ and teachers’ attitudes, activities and competences enabling to evaluate the impact of the ICT implementation in secondary education on transformations of the educational paradigm, creates the original matrix of characteristics, criteria and indicators combining variables of the ICT implementation stages and transformations of educational paradigms based whereon the research toolset is compiled. The empirical study conducted has proven suitability of the created theoretical model and research tool to diagnose stages of the ICT implementation at school and indicators of the dominating educational paradigm of the educational environment of such a school and revealed certain problems of the ICT implementation at school. The research results have shown that the ICT implementation at school has impact on consistent but radical change of the educational paradigm which leads to replacement of the teaching paradigm with the learning paradigm.
