ENOne of the most important tasks for European Union was and still is to create a Single European Market. An implement of this task is important not just for countries, which are organizers of this task, but for countries, which intent to integrate to EU, too. The main goals of integrating to Europe force recent scientists and practical workers to analyze possibilities for all countries and for each of them to integrate to Single European Market, to bring a its own contribution and to get an adequate economic, political or social benefit from it. This theme is rather new, because not so long ago we are interested in essential points for integrating to SEM. There are not many researches on this theme, researches on benefit for members of SEM and etc. Researches that are known could not give enough information for our scientists and practical workers about impact of SEM for separate business field or to stimulate us for choosing - need we a SEM, or not, are we ready for equally competition with EU countries or not? A scientific problem in this article is formulated in a such way: inadequate theoretical and practical researches in SEM are not able to show adequate situation to dynamic process in single European market; to foreseen possibilities and ways for faster Lithuanian business entering to EU, to show the advantages of entering SEM and obstacles to do it.A subject is a Single European Market, in other words - a Common Market. A goal of this article is to analyze a circumstances for SEM creating, a benefit for separate business and to disclose possibilities for Lithuanian businessman for integrating to EU. The methods used are: analysis of scientific literature, Internet data and systemic researches. First part of this article include the essential points of motives to create a Single European Market and disclosing of physical, fiscal and technical obstacles to make it. One of the main successful criteria for life of VER is social factory, which is analyzed in the second part of this article. We have analyzed a detailed impact of SEM on trade, macroeconomic, industry concentration and market structure, on direct foreign investment and etc., too. At the end of this work we have analyzed a Lithuanian integration peculiarities for entering EU as on of the candidates to newborn members EU. [From the publication]
