Qualitative educational diagnostics as a premise for development of purposive teaching and learning processes at higher education school

LTVeiklos kompetencijų vystymo ir plėtojimo kryptis veiksmingiausiai padeda nustatyti edukacinė diagnostika, leidžianti asmeniui susidaryti individualų mokymosi bei tobulėjimo planą, numatyti mokymosi strategijas. Diagnostinio tyrimo išdavoje surinkta informacija ir jos analizė: : 1) įgalina dėstytojus ir studentus giliau suvokti situaciją, reflektuoti veiklą, ir tuo remiantis tikslingai vystyti bei plėtoti reikiamas kompetencijas; 2) skatina aukštąsias mokyklas peržvelgti ir koreguoti curriculum. Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti ir pagrįsti kokybinę edukacinę diagnostiką kaip kryptingų mokymo ir mokymosi procesų prielaidą aukštojoje mokykloje. Tyrimo problema. Kokią įtaką daro kokybinė edukacinė diagnostika mokymo ir mokymosi procesų aukštojoje mokykloje kompetencijų ugdymo ir vystymo kryptingumui, siekiant patenkinti kintančius veiklos poreikius. Metodai. Sisteminė mokslinės literatūros analizė ir koncepto analizė. Straipsnį sudaro dvi dalys: pirmoje dalyje analizuojamos kryptingo mokymo ir mokymosi proceso, rengiantis profesinei veiklai aukštojoje mokykloje, problemos; antroje dalyje kokybinė edukacinė diagnostika pagrindžiama kaip vienas iš šių problemų sprendimo būdų. ENEducational diagnostics is the most efficient in determining directions in the development of activity competences. It enables an individual to devise an individual plan for learning and improvement, to map out learning strategies. As a result of a diagnostic investigation information was collected and its analysis was made: 1) enables lecturers and students to understand the situation deeper, to reflect the activity, and on the basis of all that to purposefully develop necessary competences; 2) encourages higher educational institutions to review and correct the curricula. The investigation is aimed at revealing and substantiating qualitative educational diagnostics as the precondition of purposeful learning and teaching processes at a higher educational institution. The problem of the investigation to determine what impact qualitative educational diagnostics has on the purposefulness of the development of competences of teaching and learning processes at a higher educational institution seeking to meet the changing needs of the activity. Methods. Systematic analysis of scientific literature and the analysis of the concept. The article consists of two parts: the first part analyses problems of the purposeful teaching and learning process when preparing for the professional activity at a higher educational institution; the second part substantiates qualitative diagnostics and one of the ways of solving these problems.
