Jaunimo padėtis darbo rinkoje
LTStraipsnyje aptariamos besiregistruojančių teritorinėse darbo biržose jaunų bedarbių, kuriuos 2000 m. tyrinėjo Darbo ir socialinių tyrimų instituto darbuotojai, užimtumo galimybės. Tyrimas leido objektyviau įvertinti jaunimo padėtį darbo rinkoje, numatyti pagrindines užimtumo didinimo kryptis bei priemones. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais, šiame straipsnyje įvertinama jaunų bedarbių padėtis darbo rinkoje, darbo netekimo ir neįsidarbinimo priežastys, aptariamos jų socialinės demografinės charakteristikos. Straipsnio autorius didesnį dėmesį stengėsi sutelkti į mažiau tyrinėtus jaunimo nedarbo problemos aspektus. [Iš leidinio]
ENDuring recent years the number of young people who apply to Labour Exchange is increasing. Therefore the Institute of Labour and Social Research has carried out the complex research (ordered by the Republican Labour Exchange) into youth unemployment. The goal of this research is to evaluate youth's situation in labour market and to develop the trends to increase the employment of young people. The research allows to evaluate youth's situation in labour- market more deeply and to plan the basic trends and measures to increase the employment of young people According to the results of the research, in this article young people's situation in labour market is evaluated, their social demographic characteristics are discussed The author pays attention to the youth unemployment aspects that are les investigated till now.
