LTKomandinis darbas neretai tampa iššūkiu, turinčiu įtakos darbo kokybei bei bendradarbiavimo, komunikavimo ir kitų kompetencijų tobulinimui. Fizinę negalią turintiems asmenims jau vien įsitraukimas į darbo rinką nėra labai paprastas procesas. Todėl svarbu ištirti negalią turinčių asmenų požiūrį į komandinį darbą atskleidžiant veiksnius, kurie daro įtaką jo kokybei. ENFocusing on factors that influence the quality of teamwork and studying the reasons that hinder the improvement of this process is very important for building the teamwork skills of people with physical disability. Research object – teamwork experience of people with physical disabilities. Research purpose – to highlight the teamwork experience of people with physical disabilities by revealing the factors that influence teamwork quality. Research tasks: 1. To discuss the major factors that influence the quality of teamwork. 2. To reveal the teamwork experience of people with physical disabilities. Conclusions: During the study, the experience of the people with disabilities has shown that some of the major teamwork quality factors include communication, trust in the other team members, competencies and good interrelationships. The experience of people with physical disabilities has revealed that the challenges they encounter while working in a team are related to lack of motivation of the team members, their personal qualities and inclinations to take the lead from other team members. It should be noted that further research is needed to study teamwork experience of people with disabilities working in a team with other people with disabilities, thus revealing the wider scope of the issue in the process of working in a team.
