Mokytojo kaip kūrėjo ugdymas pedagogikos studijose

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas mokytojo kaip kūrėjo vaidmuo šiuolaikinėje švietimo sistemoje ir jo ugdymo procesas Pedagogikos studijų programos Bendrosios didaktikos kurso paskaitose, išsamiai aprašomas jaunųjų pedagogų mokymo(si) veiklos organizavimo procesas vadovaujantis V. P. Bespalko (1977) mokymosi tikslų taksonomija, padedančia pamažu pereiti skirtingus žinių lygmenis: ne tik perimti informaciją, bet ir gebėti įgytas žinias pritaikyti nestandartinėse mokymosi situacijose bei tapti metodus ir mokymosi situacijas kuriančiais mokytojais. ENThe article observes the clear need of creative education addressed to educators in the context of today’s education and the role of teacher - creator in the contemporary education system is being analysed. The article presents in detail the process of teacher - creator education in the classes of General didactics study programme in Pedagogy; describes the process of teaching activity organization of young educators in accordance with the taxonomy of learning goals by Bespalkas, V.P. that helps gradually to take different levels of knowledge; not only to absorb the information but also to be able to apply the learning to non-standard learning situations, to become teachers - creators themselves. Furthermore, the article introduces the research revealing the ability of the students to deal with non-standard learning tasks and the expression of creative thinking by creating and applying original educational activities in the process.
