Expression of tolerance and intolerance to different views among the young on the basis of social tension

ENTolerance to the different view is a guaranty of the positive social life, however different situations change the range of it's limits. This change is directly related to the expression of intolerance to different views. Therefore the aim of this article is to reveal opinion of the students, who study in universities, about the expression of tolerance and intolerance to different views. In the article, also, with reference to studies of Lithuanian and international scientists, there is the analysis of toe factors, which had an influence on the expression of tolerance and intolerance to different views and consequences of the above mentioned phenomenon on human's social evolution. Research focus is the expression of tolerance and intolerance to different views am ong the young. Research aim is to analyze toe expression of tolerance and intolerance to different views among the young in toe aspect of sodai tension. The study results illuminated that intolerance of other views is more widespread in social life than tolerance to another views. It is necessary to admitted that toe students who participated in the survey, quite often encounter with intolerance in higher schools. This situation is associated with the fact that toe uncommon student has read the "Declaration of Principles on Tolerance". The study results illuminated that students express intolerance of other views to defend their rights to a personai opinion, to show that a person's opinion is wrong and a little related with reality. The research partidpants note that a person who tolerates other opinion must have toe following personai qualities: respect, sensitivity, patience, sensibility, attentiveness and empathy.
