ENThe main subjects of teamwork competencies (qualification, knowledge, personal features, values, approaches and attitudes, capabilities) are analyzed in the article. Effective and efficient teamwork may be characterized when the team members have social psychological, management, expert and educational competencies, therefore the base of teamwork competencies is the knowledge, capabilities, personal features, attitudes, values, peculiarities of communication and cooperation of every team member, implemented in team work process. Empirical data of the research illuminated that the teamwork competencies of school administration are more developed than those of teachers. School administration and the teachers have the best realization of social psychological and educational teamwork competencies, however the research showed that in both matters the lack of responsibility and mutual trust is significant. The research revealed that the teachers find organizing and managing tasks, coordination of the actions of the team members while striving for goal more difficult. In both matters, while working in team, lack of trust, responsibility, problem identification and conflict solving capabilities was observable. [From the publication]
