ENThe article presents a theoretical model for assessment of management culture in the process of implementation corporate social responsibility in organizations, and offers a detailed description of the model by providing analysis of its different stages and the role of individual stakeholders in the process of assessment. The model is constructed on the basis of conclusions and insights resulting from analysis of recent theoretical developments in the field and of the logical sequence of coherent stages of the processes.
