ENRecently, there have been more discussions about educational problems - the ideal model of the school that was formed in industrial age is no longer as fluent as before - there is a lack of teachers, their low salaries cause resentment, there is a lack of pedagogical motivation and an innovative approach to the education process, children's performance and personal achievement are getting worse, and the old school programs n о longer reflect the values of the changing world. All these problems encourage to review the educational system and not to forget that a student here is the most important element - to promote systematic and critical thinking in this world full of information, to foster a critical look at the environment, sociality and personal maturity. Therefore, in the last few years, the future of Lithuanian educational system is the idea of a good school stating that a child should be seen as a personality and education should be personalized promoting student's personal growth, progress and achievements (Ministry of Education, analysis of Education problems, No. 2 2017, 1 p.).
