Klaipėdos miesto naujų daugiabučių gyvenamųjų mikrorajonų rekreacinė aplinka

LTStraipsnyje pateikiami Klaipėdos miesto naujų daugiabučių gyvenamųjų mikrorajonų („Dragūnų“, „Žolynų“, „Dangės vingio“, „Gandrališkių“, „BIG 2“ / „Arkados“) rekreacinės aplinkos tyrimų rezultatai. Gyvenamųjų mikrorajonų aplinkos analizė ir gyventojų apklausa atlikta 2010 m. spalio – lapkričio mėnesiais. Anketinės apklausos būdu siekta išsiaiškinti gyventojų nuomonę apie esamą gyvenamųjų mikrorajonų aplinkos kokybę. ENThe construction works have been very intense since 2004 in Klaipėda. ot only the single blocks of flats, but also the separate residential districts were constructed. However, the need of people who are going to live in these flats often is not evaluated, while the environment of residential districts is being projected. According to this, the analysis of the recreation environment of new blocks of flats in residential districts of Klaipėda city was accomplished between October and November in 2010. At the same time the survey of population was also made. The purpose of this survey was to find out the opinion about the quality of the present residential districts environment. There were assessed the main residential districts of new blocks of flats: ‟Dragūnai‟, „Žolynai‟, „Dangės vingis‟, „Gandrališkės‟, „BIG 2‟/ „Arkada‟. It was noticed that there is no open place for dogs and there is no inventory of the sports, while analyzing the recreation environment of the residential districts. Also there is not enough inventory of comfort (benches, dustbins) in most of the districts. Although the playgrounds for kids are appointed in all the districts, they are not adjusted to all age groups of children. Most of this inventory is in a standard construction. The people living in these flats think the playgrounds for kids are not good quality. There are under-ground and above-ground car parking in all the districts (except the social accommodation). It was found that the people of „Žolynai‟ district (75 %) were most satisfied by the comfort of the tracks system, while the people from „Dragūnai‟, „Dangės vingis‟, „BIG 2‟ and social accommodation evaluate it as average quality. According to respondents there is enough inventory of comfort only in „Žolynai‟ district, while the biggest short-fall of that kind of inventory is in „Gandrališkės‟.People of „Gandrališkės‟ are satisfied with the quantity of flora whereas people of „Arkada‟ and social accomodation are not satisfied. The bigger amount of comfort inventory, sports inventory establishment, more open and wider field, safer environment, more comfortable track system would encourage the respondents to spend more time in their residential district. The people of „Dragūnai‟, „Arkada‟ and social accommodation would prefer better lighting in late hours and better quality sprout system. People of „BIG 2‟ and „Arkada‟ are not satisfied with the level of present noise. [From the publication]
