Regis Debray mediologija. Postmodernios vaizdo kultūros kritika

LTStraipsnis skirtas atskleisti metodologines mediologijos procedūras, kurios leidžia kritiškai gvildenti postmodernizmo epochoje viešpataujantį vizualumą - ekranų vaizdo kultūrą. Darbe taip pat aptariama mediologijos grindėjo Regis Debray intelektualinė biografija, sistemiškai tyrinėjamos mediologijos projekto ypatybės, sutelkiant dėmesį į dabartinės technikos užgrobtą reprezentacijos sritį, kuri valdo visuomeninę mašineriją. Šios mokslinės studijos tikslas - atskleisti, kodėl reikia gilinti vaizdo kultūros kritiką. Ji analitiškai gvildena postmodernistinio mediumo poveikį žiūrai, visuomenės mentaliteto architektūrai ir svarsto apie vizualybėje įsigalėjusios aktualijos sklaidą. Žiūros teorija atskleidžia postmo- dernaus vizualumo skvarbą į visuomenės ir kultūros gyvenimą. Taip pat nurodo signalinę ekrano kultūros prigimtį ir iš jos išplaukiančią naują vaizdo raišką. ENThe article considers the methodological procedures of mediology and critically analyzes postmodern visual culture. The study discusses the intellectual biography of Regis Debray - the initiator of mediology; it systematically explores the features of mediological project and concentrates thought on the representation which is overwhelmed by contemporary technology. The main purpose of the study is to argue why the critics of visual culture should be deepened. It analytically analyses the effect of postmodern medium process on the of viewing, on the architecture of mentality and discusses about the permeability of the visual into social and cultural life. Signal image has no material form, its structure cannot make the abstracts. That’s why the visual window civilization is operated by the most material and visible things, the actuality, which informs and disinforms. This change takes place in the structure of image and forms the mode of viewing, which structures present-day visible world. TV viewing can be considered as the most influential to the mentality of postmodern society. The mediology gives an important critical apparatus for the analysis of this medial process.
