ENThis article deals with the factors determining early developing the State Language at national minority schools. The significant aim is to socialize pupils for full participation and communication in society. The data of implemented scientific and sociological research in 1995 – 1996, 1997 – 1998 and in 1999 shows us, that the situation in primary education is in change. Pupils who have more communicational experience are more free in various social situations and they have more high self – esteem and are better motivated to learn than others. The data of pedagogical research which was carried out in 1998 – 1999 have provided us with a valuable information about the special linguistical (especially spoken interaction) abilities and skills of young children, the ability to make a dialogue, to answer simple questions, to understand spoken language and respond in the proper way. The pedagogical observations of second language spoken interaction are stressed and discussed in this article and analysis was made to propose some conditions under which we can create more effective strategies and improve the quality of State Language teaching in primary education.
