Dynamics of teenagers' socialization

LTDemokratinės valstybės raidai yra svarbu investuoti į jaunimą, o tai iš dalies vyksta per švietimo politiką. Lietuvoje ugdymo aplinka nėra saugi paaugliams, paplitusios įvairios su tarpasmeniniais santykiais susijusios problemos. Straipsnyje, remiantis teorinių šaltinių ir empirinio tyrimo analize, pateikta įvairių problemų, būdingų paauglystės laikotarpiui, analizė. Straipsnyje siekiama atskleisti IV-VII klasių vidurinės mokyklos mokinių tarpasmeninius santykius (statusą klasėje, grupių formavimąsi, veiklos rūšis, saugumo šeimoje bei mokykloje jausmą, vertybines orientacijas) bei įvairių šių santykių aspektų sąsajas su socialinės aplinkos pokyčiais ugdymo sistemoje. Taip pat siekta sukurti moksliškai pagrįstą sociopedagoginių veiksnių, reikšmingų paauglių ugdymui, skalę. Siekiant įgyvendinti iškeltus uždavinius, straipsnyje yra moksliniu požiūriu analizuojama sociopedagoginės sąveikos įtaka paauglio asmenybės raidai. Taip pat analizuojamos paauglio santykių formavimasis (remiantis jo interesais, požiūriais, vertybėmis), jo sąsajos su visuomeniniais pokyčiais. Tyrinėjami veiksniai, kurie lemia paaauglio vertybių bei grupių formavimosi pastovumą ir pokyčius. Nagrinėjamos priežastys, kodėl ugdymo procesai neatitinka paauglio poreikių, ir vertinamos šio neatitikimo pasekmės. Straipsnyje numatomos kryptys, kaip būtų galima ruošti mokytojus darbui su paaugliais ir siūlomi tokios veiklos galimi metodai.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Socializacija; Paauglių ugdymas; Socialization; Teenagers' education.

ENThe investment to the youth, which partially happens through the education policy, is important for the development of a democratic state. In Lithuania, the education environment is not enough safe for teenagers; it is full of interpersonal problems. The article delivers the analysis of various problems characteristic to teenagers based on theoretical sources and empirical research. The article aims to disclose the interpersonal relationship of the 4th-7th year schoolchildren of secondary school (the status in class, the formation of groups, types of activities, the feeling of safety in family and at school, and value orientation), and the correlation of various aspects of such relationship to the changes in social environment of the education system. In addition, it aims to create scientifically substantiated scale of socio-pedagogical actions important for the education of teenagers. In order to perform those tasks, the article analyses the influence of socio-pedagogical actions on the development of teenager’s personality from a scientific perspective. In addition, it analyses the development of teenagers relationship (based on their interests, attitudes, and values), and their approach to public changes. It analyses factors that influence the permanence and changes of teenager’s values and the formation of groups; examines the reasons why education processes do not match teenager’s needs; and evaluates the outcome of such non-matching. The article sets directions for possible preparation of teachers for working with teenagers, and suggests possible methods of such activities.
