LTŠiame monografijos poskyryje bus pateiktas energetikos plėtros scenarijų ES daugiakriteris vertinimas pagal prioritetinius ES energetikos ir aplinkos politikos tikslus bei atsižvelgiant į scenarijų įgyvendinimo kaštus. Energetikos plėtros scenarijams ranguoti buvo taikyta daug DSP metodų, tokių kaip PPS, COPRAS ir rangavimo pagal eiliškumo pagal atskirus kriterijus sumą bei pritaikant iteracinį vertinimo metodą, leidžianti padidinti vertinimo patikimumą. Kriterijų svoriui, arba reikšmingumui, vertinti panaudota jautrumo analizė. Energetikos plėtros scenarijai ES 2020 m. ir 2050 m. parengti taikant įvairius optimizacinius metodus. Gauti rezultatai palyginti tarp modelių ir pagal prognozavimo periodus. ENThe aim of the chapter is to provide background for multi-criteria decision support in energy and environmental policy by developing multi-criteria decision support methods and by applying these models for integration of environmental decisions in energy sector. The main aim of the chapter is to analyses and systematise the multi-criteria decision support instruments and to apply them for sustainability assessment of energy policy scenarios by taking into account prioritetic environmental issues in energy sector: climate change mitigation, energy security etc. The chapter presents EU energy policy scenarios and performs their sustainability assessment based on priorities of EU energy policy. The several assessment scenarios were applied for sensitivity analysis. Based on analysis of EU Energy policy priorities sustainability of EU Energy sector development scenarios were conducted and the best scenarios able to implement EU Energy policy targets up to 2020 and 2050 were selected.
