Mokytojų požiūris į mokyklos ryšį su bendruomene

LTStraipsnyje apibendrinami tyrimo rezultatai, atskleidžiantys mokyklų kaitos veiksnių ir bendruomenės įtakos vertinimus. Tyrimo tikslas - išanalizuoti, kaip mokytojai, praktiškai įgyvendindami projektus, įvertina bendruomenės įtaką mokyklai. Apklausoje dalyvavo 74 mokytojai, kurie buvo suskirstyti į tris grupes: I grupę sudarė 17 mokytojų, dirbančių pagal projektą „Mokyklos tobulinimas informacijos amžiuje" („Europa mokykloje“); II grupę - 22 mokytojai, dalyvaujantys Šiaurės-Baltijos šalių projekte „Ugdymo turinio ir pedagogų profesinės kultūros plėtotė"; III grupę - 35 mokytojai, įgyvendinantys projektą „Dorovinis, pilietinis moksleivių ugdymas". Kontrolinę grupę sudarė 39 mokytojai, dirbantys pagal projektą „Gera pradžia" („Step by Step"). Stipriausias ryšys su bendruomene nustatytas mokyklose, dirbančiose pagal projektą „Mokyklos tobulinimas informacijos amžiuje" („Europa mokykloje''). Mokyklose, vykdančiose „Dorovinio, pilietinio ugdymo" ir „Geros pradžios" („Step by Step") projektus, pedagogai siekia stiprinti ryšį su bendruomene. Mokyklų ryšys su bendruomene turi įtakos vaikų ugdymui, mokyklos perspektyvoms. Moksleiviai, mokytojai ir vadovai, moksleivių tėvai turi susiburti į mokyklos bendruomenę, kuri gebėtų kūrybiškai reaguoti į aplinkos pokyčius, nuolat mokytis ir keistis, tyrinėti ir apmąstyti bei įvertinti kaitos rezultatus.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Mokyklos bendruomenė; ALF; Tarptautiniai švietimo projektai; Pedagogų požiūris; Ryšiai ir bendruomenė.

ENThe authors found out the schools relation with the Community, evaluated connection between the changes of the school and Community, calculated and compared the averages of correlation coefficients. 106 teachers from 10 schools working according to OLF and international projects took part in this research. The levels of the schools changes conditions and relation with Community are following: the most close relation with Community is in the schools working according to the project "Improvement of the school in the Century of information (Europe in the school)". Pedagogues realizing "Moral and civil training", "Good beginning (Step by Step)" projects in the schools tries to achieve stronger relation with the Community. Pedagogues realizing North - Baltic countries project "Training content and development of pedagogues professional culture" evaluated influence of the Community in a high grade but there are no connection between the answers to corresponding statements. This show that pedagogues of the schools are seeking for the relation with the Community but concerning the specifies of the project relation with the parents is not strong and it can not influence the activity of the school.
