LTSpecialiojo pedagogo kompetencijos formavimas – svarbiausias specialiojo pedagogo profesinio rengimo tikslas. ENDeveloping of competence of the special pedagogue is the most important objective of professional training of the special pedagogue. With a view to developing the content of professional training of the special pedagogue which would correspond to the public needs, it is essential to ensure the interaction and harmony of three components – activity system, education system and person. A significant element of the content of professional training of the special pedagogues is not only the training of their qualifications such as knowledge, skills and competencies but also purposeful developing of their personal qualities, values, positive approach to the disabled child in building up their competencies and ensuring the holistic nature whereof.
