Socialinių paslaugų, teikiamų nepilnametėms mamoms Lietuvoje, ypatumai

LTSocialinis darbas su nepilnametėmis mamomis yra reikšmingas tiek visuomenei, tiek pačiai paauglei mamai. Socialinis darbuotojas teikia socialines paslaugas, kurios padeda jaunai mamai integruotis su vaiku į visuomenę. Straipsnio tikslas – išanalizuoti socialinių paslaugų, teikiamų nepilnametėms mamoms Lietuvoje, ypatumus. Tyrime dalyvavo 6 socialinės darbuotojos, įgijusios socialinio darbo profesiją bei turinčios darbinės patirties teikiant socialines paslaugas nepilnametėms mamoms, ir 6 mamos, kurios pirmojo vaiko susilaukė būdamos nepilnametės. Tyrimo duomenų analizė atskleidė, kad socialinės paslaugos atitinka nepilnamečių mamų poreikius ir interesus. Tačiau tai dažnai priklauso nuo nepilnametės mamos savarankiškumo, nes savarankiškesnėms nepilnametėms mamoms teikiamos socialinės paslaugos atitinka poreikius ir interesus, o mažiau savarankiškoms nepilnametėms mamoms, kurios įpratusios, kad viskas už jas padaroma vyresnių giminaičių, teikiamos socialinės paslaugos iš dalies atitinka poreikius ir interesus. ENThe social worker’s dealing with a minor mother is significant to both the society and the teenage mother herself. The minor mother is provided with the services that develop and strengthen her abilities to independently deal with emerging social problems; encourage social relationships with the society, and also help to overcome social exclusion (Law on Social Services, 2006). The article aims to analyse the social services provided to minor mothers. To achieve this aim, qualitative research has been chosen and a structured interview as the data collection method has been used. The study employs the following data collection forms: an interview, a written survey, a telephone conversation and a survey by e-mail providing open-ended questions. The study involved 6 social workers who were awarded the qualification of a social worker and had working experience in the provision of social services to minor mothers. Six mothers who had their first child when they were minors also took part in the research. The conclusions give a summary of general and special social services that are provided to minor mothers. The possibilities to access social services for minor mothers is also presented. The study revealed that social services were not always available to clients, especially when they lived in rural areas.
