Jūrų reisų taikant dvi skirtingas laivybos sistemas ekonominis vertinimas
LTLaivybos transportavimo sistemos analizuojamos ir vertinamos ne vieną dešimtmetį, tačiau laivų savininkai, krovinio siuntėjai ir frachtuotojai susiduria su laivybos sistemos pasirinkimo problema, nes siekiamybė yra išgauti didžiausią pelną ir efektyviausiai išnaudoti turimus resursus. Straipsnyje pristatomi trampinės ir linijinės laivybos sistemų privalumai ir trūkumai, panašumai ir skirtumai. Remiantis sumodeliuotais jūrų reisais vertinamas vienos sistemos pranašumas kitos atžvilgiu. Siekiant atlikti ekonominį vertinimą pirmiausia pristatomos linijinės ir trampinės laivybos sistemos, išskiriami vertinimo kriterijai. Vertinimo metodologija grindžiama reisų trukmės skaičiavimais ir einamosiomis, kapitalinėmis, kelionės, krovos ir brokerio komisijos išlaidų apskaičiavimais. Įvertinus pastaruosius kriterijus skaitinėmis išraiškomis, modeliuojamos būsimos pajamos ir pelnas dviem skirtingoms laivyno sistemoms. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad gabenant krovinius trampine laivybos sistema išlaidų kiekis ir gabenimo rizika yra aukštesnė, tačiau pelnas yra didesnis, vadinasi, transportavimas yra ekonomiškai naudingesnis ir efektyvesnis. ENScientists have been analyzing and evaluating the shipping transport system for the several decades, but shipowners, shippers and charterers are facing with a problem - which shipping system representing would be able to efficiently maximize the profit with available resources. Maritime shipping is the most significant type of transportation between the world continents which can handle with the largest volumes of the cargo in the world, notwithstanding of cargo gauging and quantities. The paper presents tramp and liner shipping systems, summarises their strengths and weaknesses, similarities and differences. Based on simulated a sea voyage, the economic evaluation was performed. In order to reach the aim of the paper, evaluation criteria were formulated. The evaluation methodology is based of the voyage performance by transporting the same cargo with different shipping systems in order to obtain efficiency and utility indicators, as well as interpretation of the data received, including the current, capital, travel, loading/unloading and broker fees. After calculation of the economic efficiency of the voyage, it was determined that the tramp shipping system will receive a greater benefit and efficiency by the selected route. Liner shipping system also achieved, high profitability, but considering the subtleties of the linear system, investigation conditions, transportation costs and profits, it was decided that the transportation of oil with tramp shipping system is a more efficient and effective way.
