LTLogistika apima daugybę veiklų: nuo transportavimo vykdymo iki klientų aptarnavimo ar paklausos prognozavimo. Su logistika susiduriama kiekvieną kartą vartotojui perkant produktą, nesvarbu, ar tai yra maistas ar drabužiai, ar yra apsiperkama fizinėje parduotuvėje, ar internetu. Perkami produktai gabenami iš gamintojų, kad atsidurtų reikiamu laiku, reikiamoje vietoje ir patenkintų klientų poreikius, o visa ši veikla yra nuolat stebima logistikos specialistų. Tai sritis, kurioje kiekvieną dieną yra sukuriama vis daugiau darbo vietų ir kurioje nauji darbuotojai yra nuolat ieškomi. Straipsnyje teoriniu aspektu bus analizuojama kokia yra darbuotojų reikšmė logistikoje, kas dirba logistikos sektoriuje ir kokie įgūdžiai yra reikalingi. ENLogistics encompasses a wide range of activities: from transportation to customer, service or demand forecasting. With the logistics we encountered every time us consumer when we purchases a product, whether it is food or clothing, or is available in a physical store, or online. Purchased products are shipped from manufacturers to meet the needs of customers at the right time, in the right place, and logistics professionals constantly monitor all these activities. This is an area where more and more jobs are being created every day and where new employees are constantly looking for. From the theoretical point of view, the article will analyze the significance of employees in logistics, who works in the logistics sector and what skills are needed. The results of qualitative research will also be presented, which will show how the selection of employees in logistics companies in Lithuania is based on the practical experience of students. Based on the results obtained, it can be stated that more than one person should be appointed for the selection of employees. Everyone sees and understands things differently. One person’s opinion is not always enough to adequately assess the candidate’s position. In order to qualitatively carry out the recruitment process, a group of people should be selected. According to the results of the qualitative research carried out, one of the most popular selection methods in Lithuanian logistics companies is interviews.
