Nuotolinės studijos - kūrybiškumo raiška rengiant pedagogus

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama aktuali tema, kuri atsako į klausimą: ar galima įžvelgti kūrybiškumo apraiškų nuotolinių studijų procese rengiant pedagogus. Straipsnį sudaro trys skyriai: pirmajame aptariami nuotolinių studijų proceso organizavimo ypatumai, antrajame atskleidžiama kūrybiškumo esmė ir jos bruožai, trečiajame pateikiami kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai, kurie gauti apklausus KTU nuotolinių laipsnio nesuteikiančių studijų programa "Pedagogikos studijos" studentus 2014-2015 metų sandūroje pusiau struktūruotu interviu metodu. Respondentų atsakymai patvirtino nuomonę, kad nuotolinės studijos yra efektyvi priemonė rengiant pedagogus, ypač dirbančius ir gyvenančius nutolusiuose regionuose. Studentų mokymasis šioje programoje skatina jų žingeidumą, kūrybiškumą, motyvuoja sėkmingai veiklai su mokiniais. Respondentų atsakymai iš esmės patvirtino teorinėje dalyje išryškintus kūrybingo mokytojo veiklos bruožus. ENThe article analyses the relevant issue of whether manifestations of creativity may be found in the process of distance learning in terms of teacher preparation. The article consists of three chapters: the first chapter discusses peculiarities of the organization of distance learning process, the second chapter reveals the essence of creativity and its characteristics, the third chapter presents qualitative study results that were obtained during semi-structured interviews of KTU students of distance non-degree study programme "Pedagogical Studies" at the turn of the year 2014-2015. Answers of the respondents confirmed the view that distance learning is an efficient tool for the preparation of teachers, especially of those who work and live in remote regions. Student learning in this programme promotes their curiosity, creativity, provides motivation for successful work with students. Answers of the respondents essentially confirmed the characteristics of creative teacher’s activity that were outlined in the theoretical part. [From the publication]
