Politikos tyrimas tarptautinių santykių saugumo kontekste taikant konstruktyvistišką metodologiją

LTNagrinėjant, kaip galima tirti politiką kostruktyvistiškai, pirmiausia atskleidžiami politikos teoriniai aspektai, pateikiama viešosios politikos samprata, jos interpretavimas, o sekančiu žingsniu siekiama parodyti, kaip politikos disciplinoje atsispiriant nuo pagrindinių konstruktyvistinės socialinio pasaulio analizės principų formuluojama konstruktyvistinė teorija: pirma, atskleidžiami metateoriniai konstruktyvizmo pagrindai ir problemos, kylančios taikant jas tolesniuose tyrimuose, antra, išskiriami pamatiniai konstruktyvizmo, kaip metateorijos teiginiai (intersubjektyvus reikšmių konstravimas; idėjų svarba materialiam pasauliui suprasti; veikėjo ir struktūros sąveikos proceso abipusiškumas) ir parodoma, kokią formą jie įgauna ir kaip taikomi konkretesniuose teoriniuose svarstymuose ir tyrimuose. ENIn the analysis of how it is possible to study politics from constructivistic approach, the theoretical aspects of politics are firstly revealed, the concept of public policy is presented, its interpretation, and the next step is to show as a political discipline, resisting the fundamental principles of constructivist social analysis of the world, the constructivist theory is formulated: first, the metaphorical foundations of constructivism and / Problems arising from their subsequent research, on the other hand, are the basic definitions of constructivism as metatheory (intersubjective meaning, the importance of ideas for the material world, the reciprocity of the interaction between the actor and the interaction of the structure) and shows how they are acquired and how they are applied in more specific theoretical reflections and studies. When analyzing policy in the context of security, it is expedient to evaluate the theoretical aspects of the policy and possible research methodological choices that can be applied to policy research. In this paper, the purposefulness of choosing a particular methodology that best reveals the process of policy formation and implementation, in essence, discusses the principles, features, and advantages of this methodologies.
