Finansų studijų programos absolventų studijų vertinimas: nuomonių analizė

LTŽiniomis grindžiamos ekonomikos sąlygomis aukštojo mokslo vaidmuo tapo daugialypis, sudėtingas. Aukštasis mokslas turi tenkinti ir valstybės, ir darbo rinkos tikslus, kartais tarpusavyje konkuruojančius ir sunkiai suderinamus. Lietuvos ir Europos švietimo politikoje akivaizdus kryptingas siekis, kad koleginis išsilavinimas užtikrintų profesinį pasirengimą ir įsitraukimo į darbo rinką galimybes. Studijų programos turi būti nuolat tobulinamos atsižvelgiant į darbo rinkos poreikius. Organizuojant studijas svarbi ir studentų bei absolventų nuomonė - jų lūkesčiai ir poreikiai. ENUnder the conditions of knowledge-grounded economy the role of higher education has become multiple and complicated. Such education must satisfy the requirements of both the state and labour market objectives. The European and Lithuanian education policy has an obvious purposeful aim: college education must ensure professional preparation and opportunites of involvement into the labour market. The accomplished study curricula should be permanently improved taking into consideration the labour market demand. In organising the studies it is also very important to know the graduates‘s opinion - their expectations and needs. The research of their opinions helps to ensure the feedback and improvement of study process. The paper presents the results of Finance curriculum graduates‘ opinion research on studies assessment which showed that the graduates are prepared for professional activity in the competitive labour market and are ready to create a constructive dialogue with the Faculty community for the purpose of perfecting Finance curriculum.
