Gamybinės praktikos - investicija į verslo ateitį

LTAtotrūkis tarp specialistų poreikio, jų parengimo lygio ir studijų proceso organizavimo yra esminė problema, su kuria susiduria tiek verslo įmonės, tiek aukštosios mokyklos. Taip pat didelė problema, kad švietimo ir transporto verslo sektoriai mažai bendradarbiauja tarpusavyje. Kita vertus, aukštosios mokyklos dažnai neturi tokios materialinės specialistų rengimo bazės, kokią turi verslas. Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjama transporto ir logistikos įmonių vadovų nuomonė apie gamybinių praktikų organizavimo ypatumus, kylančias problemas ir mėginama ištirti, ar gamybinės praktikos yra investicija į verslo ateitį. Straipsnio tikslas - remiantis VTDK vežimo kelių transportu vadybos studijų programa ištirti, ar gamybinės praktikos tikrai yra investicija į verslo ateitį ir kokių kyla problemų jas organizuojant. ENBusinesses and higher education faced with the problem, that there is the gap between the need for specialists, their level of preparation and study processes organization. It is also a major problem that education and transport business sectors are not related, i.e., their co-operation to little with each other. On the other hand, high schools often do not have the material base for specialists’ preparation, what business has. During industrial practices, students have opportunities to use it, improving their practical skills. In this paper are analyzed the opinion of transport/logistics company managers about organization of industrial practices features, rising problems, and also to research or industrial practices is an investment in the future of the business.
