Studenčių fizinė būklė ir subjektyvus požiūris į ją

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama studenčių fizinės būklės objektyvių, testais nustatytų rodiklių sąsaja su subjektyviu studenčių požiūriu į ją. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad subjektyvūs studenčių savo kūno (kūno vaizdo, masės) vertinimai smarkiai skyrėsi nuo objektyvių rodiklių. Kas trečia mergina nepagrįstai laikė save per stora. Atletinės gimnastikos treniruotes lankiusios merginos objektyviau vertino savo kūno masę už merginas, lankiusias aerobikos pratybas. Kad studentės nesugeba adekvačiai įvertinti ir savo fizinės būklės pokyčių, rodo objektyvių ir subjektyvių fizinio parengtumo vertinimų skirtumai. ENThe article deals with the objective indicators of the students’ physical condition, based on tests, and on the individual students’ approach to it. The results of the survey have shown that subjective assessment of the students’ bodies (such as their look or weight) differed much from the objective indicators. Each third female student unreasonably considered her to be too fat. The girls who attended athletic gymnastics assessed their bodies more objectively than those who attended classes of aerobics. The fact that the students were unable to adequately assess their physical look and its changes was proved by the difference in objective and subjective assessments of their physical condition.
