VPU studentų požiūris į profesinio rengimo kliūtis

LTPožiūris į profesinės karjeros kliūtis yra vienas iš veiksnių, galinčių lemti profesinę raidą. Straipsnyje pristatomas empirinis tyrimas, kurį atliekant siekta tikrinti prielaidas, kad Vilniaus pedagoginio universiteto studentai susiduria su profesinio rengimo kliūtimis ir kad egzistuoja statistiškai patikimas ryšys tarp kurso, kuriame yra studentas, ir studento požiūrio į profesinio rengimo kliūtis ypatumų. Tyrimo duomenys patvirtino abi prielaidas. Daugiausiai profesinio rengimo kliūčių nurodė II kurso studentai, mažiausiai - IV kurso studentai. I kurso studentai kaip profesinio rengimo kliūtį dažniausiai nurodydavo profesinio apsisprendimo nebuvimą, II kurso – per sunkias studijų programas, III ir IV kursų studentai kaip profesinio rengimo kliūtį dažniausiai nurodydavo bedarbystę baigus universitetą. ENAttitude towards the obstacles to a professional career is one of the factors that can determine the development of the career. The article presents an empirical study that sought to testify the assumptions saying that the students of Vilnius Pedagogical University encounter obstacles of professional training and that a statistically reliable relationship exists between the course a student studies and a student’s attitude towards the peculiarities of the obstacles of professional training. The data of the research proved both assumptions. Second year students indicated the largest number of obstacles of professional training and fourth year students – the smallest. Most often, first year students pointed out the lack of professional self-determination as an obstacle of professional training. Second year students stated that study curricula were too difficult. Meanwhile, third and fourth year students saw unemployment after graduating the university as a major obstacle of professional training. A career consultant should offer the students effective methods of attitude formation.
