LTDidėjanti visuomenių socialinė įvairovė kelia naujų socialinių iššūkių ir problemų. Skirtinga ugdytinių etninė kilmė, lytis, fizinė ir psichinė būklė, ugdymosi tempas ir stilius, šeimoje puoselėjami religiniai įsitikinimai ir kiti skirtumai pedagogams kelia nemažai sudėtingų klausimų. Todėl labai svarbu, kad pedagogai būtų jautrūs skirtumams ir įvairovei, gebėtų padėti ugdytiniams įveikti išankstines nuostatas bei stereotipinį mąstymą kitokių asmenų atžvilgiu. ENGrowing social difference creates new social challenges and problems. There are some factors that create a number of difficult issues for a teacher, such as different ethnic origin of children, child's gender, physical and mental condition, educational pace and style, family fostered religious beliefs and other differences. It is very important that teachers would be responsive for differences and diversity of individuals in order to assist their pre-school students to overcome prejudices and stereotyped thinking about differences of other individuals. The aims of this article are pre-school child education content, methods and measure, the teachers experience in a tolerant personality education techniques.
