LTNegatyvūs socialiniai reiškiniai — agresyvumas ir konfliktai mokykloje neišvengiami. Pedagoginės srategijos esmė — užkirsti kelią plintančiai agresijai, mokyti vaikus ir jaunuolius konstruktyviai spręsti kilusius konfliktus. Sėkminga jaunuolio socializacija mokykloje tiesiog negalima nežinant konflikto sprendimo būdų, nesistengiant agresyvumo mažinti, pyktį nukreipiant į situaciją, o ne į kitą žmogų, save ar daiktą. Konstruktyviai išmokę spręsti konfliktus, kaip liudija tyrimų duomenys, vaikinai kur kas rečiau naudoja verbalinę agresiją. ENNegative social phenomena — aggression and conflicts – at school are unavoidable. The essence of the pedagogical strategy is to head off the pervasive aggression, teach children and youngsters to constructively solve the conflicts. A successful socialisation of the youngster at school is simply impossible without the awareness of the ways of resolving conflicts, without efforts to diminish aggression and anger and without directing it towards a situation rather than the other person, yourself or an object. According to the research findings, having learned settling the conflicts boys twice as rarer use verbal aggression. Differences between the forms of manifestation of aggression of the girls who settle conflicts both constructively and destructively were not observed.
