Švč. Mergelės Marijos išvaizdos ypatumai folklore

LTLietuvių folkloro kūriniai suteikia žinių apie Švč. M. Marijos išvaizdos ypatumus, jos apsireiškimo erdvę. Legendose, pasakojimuose apie apsireiškimus, etiologinėse sakmėse bei dainose išryškėja stereotipinis Švč. M. Marijos paveikslas: Dievo Motina vaizduojama kaip ilgus geltonus plaukus turinti jauna graži moteris. Jos aprangoje dominuoja mėlyna ir balta spalvos. Kartais ji pasirodo basa, rankose laiko rožančių arba puokštę gėlių. Neretai Švč. M. Marija yra vaizduojama gailiai verkianti. Marijos lokalizacijos vieta taip pat padeda nupiešti jos paveikslo ypatumus. Ji pasirodo danguje, ant žemės, vandens, ežere, prie medžio, ant akmens, dobilų lauke, altoriuje ir pan. Straipsnyje prieinama išvados, kad Švč. Mergelės Marijos išvaizda, viena vertus, niekuo nesiskiria nuo paprastos moters vaizdavimo. Kita vertus, tautosakoje išryškėja šiek tiek kitokie Švč. M. ENLithuanian folklore often provides some knowledge about peculiarities of the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the area of her apparition. A stereotypical image of the Blessed Virgin Mary is revealed in the legends, stories about apparitions, as well as in etiological myths and songs, in which the Blessed Virgin Mary has been depicted as a young woman with long blond hair. Blue and white colours dominate in Her apparel. Sometimes she appears bare feet, with a rosary or a bunch of flowers in her hands. Often the Blessed Virgin Mary is depicted deeply crying. The locality of the Blessed Virgin also helps depict the peculiarities of her appearance. She is often seen in heaven or on earth, also in water - in the lake, near a tree, on a stone, in a clover field, in the altar, and similar localities. The article draws a conclusion that on the one hand, the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary does not differ from that of an ordinary woman; on the other hand, slightly different features of the Blessed Virgin Mary are distinguished in the Lithuanian folk, which allow seeing her as an exceptional personality, characterised by the authentic look.
